From Douglas West, pass Tesco Shopping Centre on your left, pass John OSullivans Bar on your left and head straight to Traffic Lights. Proceed straight through Junction, passing Dalys Shop on your left. Continue straight up hill to traffic lights and go straight through (Dont turn right at lights). As you pass through lights you will descend a hill towards the bottom of which you will see a Maxol Garage on Left. The entrance to Donnybrook Commercial Centre is immediately opposite the Garage (on your right as you approach). Fitnessworx is located on 2nd floor of the Large 5 storey building in the Commercial Centre. Parking is Free.
From Grange
Travel along Grange Road, passing Supervalu on your left, continue on passing Aldi on your left and go to the very end of Grange road, to a traffic light T-junction, take up position on the right, to turn right Make right turn and travel down the hill. You will see a Maxol Garage on your left. The entrance to Donnybrook Commercial Centre is immediately opposite the Garage. Fitnessworx is located on the 2nd floor of the large 5 storey building, in the Commercial Centre. Parking is Free.
